Pocket watch stopped
two ticks past twelve-thirty—
the time forever reminding me
of muddy shoes,
a broken necklace clasp,
and your fingers
flitting like hummingbirds
across the freckles
on my shoulders.
My pendant held the tarnish
like your eyes held the starlight—
two ticks past twelve-thirty
captured fuzzy bits of our encounter
like brushstrokes in a Monet.
I never dreamed time could
stand still at midnight,
two ticks past twelve-thirty.

these simple little encounters.

A calm and vigilant law
Of gusts and wind blasts

I am the heat, I am the flames,
Burning in your mind, in your heart.

I have finally reached -collab
`I have finally reached this place of peace,
Memories a scar on the back of my hand,
'Each scar reflecting all the trials I've been through,
These mean nothing to me, these bad memories of me,
They are the dreams that are left only to fade to gray,
I'm on my way to Paradise, my safe haven after these,
Just a simple thing to many, but to me, this is what I've always desired.'
'I've earned my stay, the ticket to my Freedom,
I now explore this new Glorious Promised land, the land I have won.
My infamous Saviour, who strayed me from my life of horror,
To Him I thank, for He led me here to rest in this silence,
For once I find it rig

Illuminate
I dream in orange and red,
in an old fashion manner.
Sparks radiate along the outline-
of every fragment of my fantasy.
Infernos intimidate the atmosphere,
by measures of heated coals.
Fire ignites the sky,
both day and night.
Flames ripple along blades of grass,
in a flawless sea of beauty.
Blazes of untamed, raw, power
roar through the landscape.
Old oak trees are scorched by undying embers,
left alone by my untold desires.
This conflagration thrives in my dreams.
Wildfires capture my soul in a small
waxed candle that flickers a diminutive,
yet-

stainless white clouds,
and flawless green blades of grass.
As rain pours down-

The roar of fearless lions,
await my approach,
for the mere taste of victory.
I stake my claim,
defeat my foes,
and set the merciless lions loose.
Women are my pawns,
created to obey my every command.
Their figures the universe
formed for my very pleasure,
to do with as I please.
Their voice is to be silenced,
their freedom is to be ruled.
Two stones on a bank of memories,
drowning in the back of my existence.
Cascading along a hidden chamber,
of my emotionless heart.

I was so in love, -collab-
I was so in love, now I'm so broken inside,
Crying, needing you in my life,
And with you now gone, so also is my heart, that you stole,
Like a thief pick pocketing a man for gold,
But this time you took something better then gold,
The love of a woman, my heart, my soul,
You didn't care at all when you saw me crying.
The darkness was my enemy, but now it is my friend,
It's taken my hand, promising to protect me from the pain,
The only remnant of you is keeping me sane,
Even when you don't love me anymore, I still love you more then the air I breathe,
You never saw how much I love you, how much I need you in my life,
But it mea

I felt it boiling -collab-
I felt it boiling inside me,
Anger rising through my soul.
I tried so hard to contain it,
But soon it overflowed.
And I let it out upon you,
And you merely shook your head.
The single motion pushed me over the edge,
As I screamed in frustration.
And I left you there, fearing the person I'd become,
The person you would hate.
If only you weren't an angel with no wings
I might've learned to trust you.
Had I not been so jaded by rage
I might have seen you as my friend,
Instead of my enemy.
Tears came streaming down my face,
As I fell to my knees in disgrace.
Horror washed over my face,
What was happening to me?

A grain of sand, -Collab-
A grain of sand,
Falls slowly to the shore,
Glittering gold, glistening as it goes,
Washing away with the tide, it's golden glory no longer alive,
Into the frothing sea, into the deep abyss,
No longer seen by the naked eye, but it's single grain not forgotten,
As more fall to join its resting place beneath the sea,
To the darkness they crumble, to lay along the endless depth.
Slowly piling, rising upward in their numbers,
There they sit so many countless days,
until an unseen creature sends them away,
They're stirred to the currents, sent adrift once more,
To another shore they travel, a new place to call they're home,

Love worthy -c-
'Setting in a corner, her head cradled in her hands, she is caught in a battle of life.
With dreams locked inside, of a woman she will never be. She cries in the night, defeated by the lies.
You tell me you love me, yet, your words do not show it in their depths.
Do I truly matter more than the pain you inflect me with night and day? Why... why do you leave me so alone?
The touch of your hands used to always brought me comfort, now.... only a feeling of coldness remains.
I'm empty, like the vastness of the galaxy lays vacant in my chest... and you don't care that I'm drowning in this pain...
When looking into your eyes, I saw warmth, be

Heart Glitches -c-
My heart glitches
around you--
rebound,
rethink,
retry.
I keep returning,
spinning in,
the same little,
circle,
around and around.
Keep me pacing
and retracing
every step;
I see you everywhere,
feel you in every breath,
but darling,
I don't think my heart
is yours to share.
For we are like two
differently tuned violins
two beats in a drum
two notes in a key,
when my heart beats,
yours stops,
when yours beats,
mine freezes cold.
dear we simply aren't linked...
So put it in ink,
darling,
a poem traced
across pale skin.
Find the answers within--
you and I?
We're more trouble
than we're worth.
Won't you let me
let you
go?
The window, tinted with lost dreams,
fogs around my hand, palm print smears
blurring the constellations
into distant twinkle-lights.
Forget that the sky has bad days, too--
I take the stars for granted
when it comes to wishing for you.
Back, when dark days would come-
you were like the stars above,
desperate for my attention.
Silently you’d shine your light for me,
Even when I would refuse to see.
You’d shoot across the darkness,
stroking your splendorous beauty through the sky.
Still, I ignored your pleas,
your devotion went unnoticed.
Until now, now when wishing on a star is all I have left.
