I'm free

Taken away too soon,
forgotten and neglected.
Lost to this world of pain and hate,
held to a life of loneliness.

But in a blink it was all gone,
no longer was this suffocating pain holding me down.
I was free, saved, by a loving King.
Who held my hand, and wrapped me in His arms.
Whispering words of life and love into my soul.

I am free!
